Key Duties & Responsibilities Client Liaison: Build and nurture strong client relationships theyre at the heart of what we do. Receive and handle client callout requests via service desk, email, and phone. Load, manage, and monitor technician tasks and support tickets. Arrange appointments and manage calendars. Schedule technicians for callouts with the right stock and info. Follow up on tasks and ensure Accounts gets accurate job info for invoicing. Resolve client queries quickly and keep communication clear. Administration: Oversee daily task management assess, prioritise, and delegate tasks. Record and share clear project meeting minutes. Prepare accurate quotes for service jobs and ad hoc work. Manage ad hoc jobs and RMAs end-to-end. Create SLA reports and share updates and feedback with clients. What Youll Bring: Matric (tertiary qualification is a plus) 35 years proven experience delivering excellent client service Confident using Microsoft Office and service desk/ticketing software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sharp attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach Organised and quick-thinking under pressure A team player who can motivate and lead others Flexibility for overtime or weekend work if needed Systems Youll Use: Microsoft 365 Microsoft Teams Microsoft Planner D-Tools Zendesk WhatsApp Zoho
