Job Description

As a rapidly growing startup, we're launching innovative solutions through key partnerships like AWS. We're looking for a dynamic Partner Manager to accelerate our growth through the AWS Marketplace and AWS partner ecosystem. The Partner Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through the AWS Marketplace, managing relationships with AWS sellers, and creating new opportunities with AWS partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage key partnerships, drive joint business planning, and accelerate go-to-market strategies through AWS. You will work closely with our internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our AWS partnerships deliver value and hit revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with AWS Marketplace and AWS partners to drive joint business initiatives and revenue growth. AWS Marketplace Enablement : Work with internal teams to ensure our products are properly positioned, marketed, and sold through AWS Marketplace. Help streamline the listing and go-to-market process. Revenue Acceleration : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy that drives revenue through AWS. Identify new opportunities for growth with AWS sellers and partners. Joint Marketing & Sales Campaigns : Work closely with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, go-to-market programs, and sales enablement materials to support AWS partnerships. Partner Enablement : Ensure AWS partners and sales teams are fully trained and equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to sell Hydrolix solutions effectively. Performance Tracking : Measure and report on the success of AWS Marketplace and partner initiatives, including revenue impact, partner engagement, and pipeline growth. Cross-functional Collaboration : Liaise with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on joint solutions, deliver on customer expectations, and ensure the success of AWS-driven initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Experience : 5 years in partner management, business development, or a similar role with direct experience working with AWS Marketplace and AWS partners. AWS Knowledge : Strong understanding of AWS Marketplace and AWS services, as well as experience navigating and leveraging the AWS partner network to drive business outcomes. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop joint business plans with partners, identify synergies, and create revenue-generating opportunities. Go-to-Market Expertise : Proven experience in executing go-to-market strategies with cloud platforms, particularly in partnership-driven environments. Sales & Marketing Alignment : Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement co-branded partner campaigns and strategies. Results-Driven : A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through partnership initiatives. Excellent Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Team Player : Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
