Manage the operations from user experience, growth, risk, regulations, compliance and performance management perspectives. Key requirements Experienced in P2P business management from Fintech, Digital Finance or Crypto space at regional or global scale. Leadership experience in Operations/ P&L Management/ BD/ Marketing, or Growth is required. Strong analytical ability and proven leadership. Good compliance knowledge and regulatory requirements, esp.
