Job Title: Resource Coordinator/Project Coordinator Position Purpose: The Resource Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the allocation and coordination of resources within the organization to ensure efficient and effective project execution. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various departments to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Resource Management: Allocate human and material resources to projects based on requirements, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency. Team Leadership: Manage and lead the resource coordination team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to improve performance. Scheduling: Implement and manage a resource scheduling system to track availability, bookings, and conflicts. Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams and resources, addressing any resource-related issues or concerns. Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and regulatory guidelines and standards. Reporting: Provide updates and insights to senior management on resource coordination team goals and performance. Training: Assist with onboarding, hiring, and training resource coordination team members. Technical Content Review: Review technical content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality. Quality Control: Monitor and control quality errors reported, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications: Education: Diploma /bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience: 6 years of related experience in resource management or coordination. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
