Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect Experience: 10 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce architecture and development Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Madurai (T.N), Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune, Warangal) 12:00 Noon – 10:00 PM IST Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days in-office per week Profile Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role involves providing architectural direction, ensuring alignment with business goals, and overseeing the technical execution of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, integration strategies, and best practices in Salesforce development. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end scalable and secure Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds Lead technical design sessions and contribute to architectural decisions and governance Review and oversee development practices to ensure coding standards, performance, and maintainability Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, and integration patterns Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions Ensure Salesforce platform performance, data integrity, and security standards Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices Required Skills (Mandatory) Extensive experience with Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs Proven experience in designing scalable architecture and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools Experience with CI/CD tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, and Copado Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data modeling, and performance optimization Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or working towards it) and/or multiple Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect) Required Skills (Good to have) Experience with Mulesoft, Heroku, or other Salesforce ecosystem platforms Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience in leading scrum teams Experience with security and compliance requirements in regulated industries Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud)
