Project: You’ll play a key role in the rollout of internal tools (Finance / Coupa P2P) within a large, multinational organization. Your mission will be to lead change management initiatives , ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption across impacted teams and regions. Main Responsibilities -Lead and adapt change management plans, onboarding strategies, and communications to support tool adoption. -Conduct impact assessments, manage stakeholder engagement, and coordinate trainings. -Track progress, report to leadership, and proactively address resistance to change. What We’re Looking For 6-7 years of proven experience in Change Management within complex, international projects. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) Fluent Spanish & English required Solid project management skills . Nice to Have: Experience working on Coupa P2P implementations.
