Get the luxury & support needed working with a smaller team, while working on large-scale quality projects, and access to excellent career development capabilities. *Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Job Description The Project Manager/Senior PM is responsible for: Working with the PX, directly reporting to VP of Construction On-site daily at the Medford project location ($130M Podium Style) Overseeing & managing large scale Multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parites Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and value engineering to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
