Security Operations & Backup Engineer Slough 4 days per week £30k Our client are a IT services company who specialise in Cyber Security. They are now looking for a Security Ops and Backup Engineer to join their team. The role: Strong technical skillset in backup and recovery technologies Managing tickets from cradle to grave ensuring consistent customer communication throughout the life of the tickets Ensure tickets of all types are being driven to a successful outcome within the agreed service levels Raising vendor cases and liaising with 3rd Party’s to remediate tickets Diagnostic use and administration of the teams technical tools and monitoring systems Troubleshooting and resolving Incidents & Problem tickets, using troubleshooting best practice and vendor documentation
