MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of building services packages across a range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background on MEP systems and demonstrable experience managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors. Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end M&E projects, from initiation through installation and commissioning. Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff. Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring project alignment with their requirements. Budget and Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Risk Mitigation: Identify and address project risks proactively. Oversee the procurement of plant, materials, and subcontractors in line with project requirements and budgets. Health and Safety: Uphold safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering MEP projects. Strong understanding of fit outs. Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification.
