Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities Responsible for designs, project management, client relationships and managing junior structural engineer and structural draftsperson. Person will report to the Business Unit Manager. Team player with solid communication skills. Must be fluent in English and able to speak and understand Afrikaans. Target driven, solution finding, with meticulous attention to quality and detail. Minimum Qualifications Minimum B Eng or BSc or B Tech Civil Engineering degree (NOT negotiable). Must be ECSA Registered. Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in a similar environment. Building structures design needed, condition assessments and water retaining structure design knowledge recommended. Sound knowledge of Structural design packages required for technical skills.
