Network Administrator

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 A, N and Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCNT) 2 years systems admin experience Experience with Active Directory, VM Ware, LAN, WAN Hands on experience with Cisco Routing, Sophos Firewalls, and Switches. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and support the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, MPLS links, and internet access Guarantee consistent uptime and optimal performance of all network systems. ( Resolve network problems efficiently and effectively. Analyze network performance, plan for future capacity needs, and improve overall network efficiency. Deploy and maintain network security protocols and systems. Install, upgrade, and configure network hardware (routers, switches), including backups. Oversee network devices, such as routers, switches, and Sophos firewalls. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network setups, security policies, and operational procedures. Contribute to network disaster recovery and backup planning. Provide network support to end-users and the IT team.
