F&I Debtors Administrator

Job Overview: The primary responsibility of a F&I Debtors Administrator is to manage and administer the debtor accounts related to the financing and insurance products oered to customers during vehicle sales. The F&I Debtors Administrator ensures timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, monitors outstanding debtors, and works closely with internal teams to resolve any payment-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Collection and control of F&I debtors: Daily follow-up on long outstanding remittances, proof of deposits (where relevant), DIC invoices and over allowances credit notes. Allocating payments on accounts. Working through the unallocated payments to ensure that all payments received were allocated correctly. Working on Vehicle Creditors and clearing these deals timeously: Following up on leads that were created but not paid as yet. Allocating payments on accounts. Processing refunds: Licensing and registration refunds Provision refunds Product refunds Holding deposits, etc. Processing finance cancellations and assisting with any inquiries regarding the cancellation. Finance Compliance - Checking compliance on finance deals on a monthly basis and ensuring that these failed deals get corrected accordingly. Assisting with the reconciliation of finance products Assisting the F&Is with day-to-day activities and queries relating to their client accounts. Attending to any queries that relate to an F&I coming from Customer Care. Assisting with invoicing of monthly commission income.
