Minimum Requirements: A completed National Diploma or Bachelors degree (flexible depending on experience) Minimum 6 months of experience dealing directly with customers in an outbound sales capacity Excellent spoken and written English clear, confident, and professional A strong presence and the ability to speak comfortably with senior decision-makers High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed Excellent time management and a proactive, self-driven mindset Duties and Responsibilities: Research and identify ideal clients, then use personalized outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage decision-makers Start meaningful business conversations and book discovery meetings Help grow the sales pipeline by generating qualified opportunities through cold calling Accurately record activity and progress using CRM tools Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and career development support
