Job Summary A Contracts Manager oversees contract management, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Contract Creation Ensure contracts are legally sound and meet standards. Collaborate with teams to align contract terms with objectives. Contract Management Maintain a database of all contracts. Monitor performance and compliance. Manage renewals, amendments, and terminations. Identify and mitigate contractual risks. Protect the organization from undue risk. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary contact for contract inquiries and disputes. Provide guidance on contract matters. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications are a plus. Experience 3 to 5 years of contract management experience, preferably in the relevant industry. Proven track record with complex contracts. Skills Strong understanding of contract law. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office. Personal Attributes Analytical thinking and problem-solving. High ethical standards and professionalism. Effective communication and presentation. Adaptability and proactivity. Additional Responsibilities Training and Development Train staff on best practices and legal requirements. Stay updated on contract law changes and update policies. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements. Provide on-site support to all our offices in Singapore. Serve as point of contact for all inbound service requests from users. On-site support for desktop applications, emails, printers and other hardware and networking related issues. Track all support with work logs on all cases, close or escalate to second level/vendors and follow up until the problems are solved. Liaise with Vendors and System providers to perform troubleshooting, rectification and assistance in upgrading works on all systems installed in our offices. Source for products, evaluate, propose, install, implement and maintain new or existing office hardware and software. Ensure all endpoints are properly configured and secured with anti-virus protection and according to IT policies. Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment. Housekeeping of server room and equipment Racks. Provide simple application trainings to end-user as required. Implement and audit necessary controls and procedures to protect information according to IT policies. Provide operation support to system and network administrator and vendors. Assist Finance Managers on IT Asset Management processes. Provide assistance to Public Relations Manager on the management of websites and hosting services. (optional) Create and ensure network documentation and diagrams are up to date. To produce reports using Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint for reporting purposes. Oversee IT Vendor performance and report to Management. Office Security management. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.(optional) Basic troubleshooting skills on Intranet and Internet, TCP/IP, DHCP, Windows and Mac OS, windows security is a must. Willing to travel between offices and to support business operations. Ability to manage IT projects is preferred. Develop, review, and update compliance policies and SOPs in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies to all relevant staff. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and report on compliance risks and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and effective resolution of audit findings. Regularly monitor compliance with policies and SOPs, conducting compliance reviews and assessments. Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and provide regular reports to management on compliance status and issues. Develop and implement training programs to promote awareness of compliance issues among employees. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting township management. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Degree in Construction Management from local or recognized institutions; Minimum 5 years experience in quantity surveying or contract administration; and Membership with Professional Institutions such as SISV, RICS or equivalent will be a plus. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Auditor to join our Quality Assurance Team. The Project Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of projects, processes, and performance metrics for our town councils. This role is integral in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across our organization. Key Responsibilities Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans to review project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables specific to town councils. Process Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of project processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements for municipal projects. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and weaknesses in projects and propose actionable recommendations for improvement. Data Analysis: Analyze project data and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Compliance Checks: Ensure that projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management. Follow-up Audits: Perform follow-up audits to verify that corrective actions have been implemented effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project auditing, quality assurance, or a related role. Preference will be given to candidates with project management training or a degree in project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
