Operation Team Leader (Infrastructure, Permanent)

Responsibilities Manage team budget, including closing periods and yearly forecasts. Allocate resources accurately and manage team schedules. Review and approve internal proposals before sharing with customers. Coordinate knowledge transfer and operational handovers within project and operations teams when necessary. Lead and manage business partners and vendors to estimate maintenance and operation support costs. Escalate and report major issues to managers promptly. Provide daily reports to managers on budget, resources, and operational forecasts. Conduct daily team management and meetings as a mandatory task. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Knowledge of On-Premise, Cloud, Network, and Server environments for cost estimation. Ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies and work independently in a fast-paced environment. ITIL V3 / V4 certification is required. Familiarity with cloud services, hardware, and software products. Experience with projects related to software-defined data centers or cloud infrastructure is a plus. Willingness to travel when assigned to projects and manage customer relationships as needed.
