Customer Service Representative with Danish RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide post-sales customer service in line with internal standard Operate and manage internal systems (data entry, updates, monitoring) Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in Danish at C1 level as well as English at B2 Experience in customer service, preferably in a post-sales environment Ability to work with CRM systems or other customer service tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills WE OFFER: Attractive salary package, including base pay and variable plans, plus benefits like private medical care, life insurance, stock purchase options, and sports cards.
