As part of our ongoing growth, we're looking for a driven and creative IT Researcher / Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging with top-tier talents. This is a project-based opportunity (approx. 3 months) with a strong focus on direct search, sourcing, candidate experience, and data-driven recruitment processes. What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing and reaching out to top technology talent worldwide through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, and more Mapping the technology market to stay ahead of trends and ensure we're meeting hiring needs Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation Reviewing and verifying incoming applications Providing flexible support across various stages of the recruitment process, depending on evolving team and project needs Our expectations: proven experience in sourcing candidates within the technology sector (software development, IT, engineering). strong knowledge of various sourcing channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and Boolean search techniques. Familiarity with technical roles and understanding of key skills and technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, tools). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage passive candidates effectively. Ability to assess candidate profiles against job requirements quickly and accurately. Experience working with ATS, preferably Traffit and recruitment tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for finding top tech talent. English language proficiency at C1 level Nice to have You're familiar with Boolean search tricks and know how to turn a few keywords into a goldmine of candidate profiles.
