This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or willing to move to Mexico City, MX and is a 100% onsite role. The Role: As an Marketplace Operations Specialist (Amazon Marketplace) , you’ll act as the first line of defense for client account health on Amazon. You’ll be responsible for resolving operational issues, monitoring policy compliance, and managing product listings—all within Seller Central or Vendor Central. You’ll work closely with internal teams and Amazon support channels to proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact performance, ensuring seamless marketplace operations for our clients. What You’ll Do: Monitor and manage Amazon account health and policy compliance across multiple client accounts Investigate and resolve listing errors, policy violations, and suppressed ASINs Own the creation and maintenance of product listings, variations, and backend details within Amazon’s guidelines Actively collaborate with Operations Managers, Directors, and Client Success teams to track issue resolution and escalate critical matters Work with Amazon case logs, support channels, and documentation processes to resolve issues quickly Build and maintain reporting dashboards using data from Seller Central, Vendor Central, and internal systems Track resolution statuses in internal project management tools and maintain detailed documentation Who You Are: Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized A strategic thinker who thrives on solving operational puzzles A strong written communicator with the ability to clearly document and escalate issues Accountable and ownership-driven—you follow tasks through to resolution Tech-comfortable and fast at learning new tools and systems Calm under pressure and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment What You’ve Done: 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central Strong grasp of Amazon policies, listing requirements, and troubleshooting workflows Experience with product listing creation, variation setup, and flat files Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros preferred) Experience using project management/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) Familiarity with ecommerce operations, ideally within a service-based or agency environment Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Onsite 1st shift: Monday- Friday Location: Mexico City, MX
