Role Description We are looking for a Developer in Test (GI) to ensure the quality and reliability of our Product. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated and manual testing frameworks, working closely with development teams to ensure seamless software releases. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, API testing, and performance testing, with a strong background in Agile development environments. Main activities: Test Development & Automation Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. Build and maintain test frameworks and tools to support continuous testing. Implement API testing strategies to validate integrations and backend services. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability. Quality Assurance & Testing Strategy Define and implement QA best practices, ensuring high-quality product releases. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to identify test cases and validate feature requirements. Conduct manual testing for exploratory and edge cases that cannot be automated. Execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing to guarantee compatibility. Bug Tracking & Reporting Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Confluence. Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Provide detailed reports and feedback on test execution, coverage, and defects. Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Ensure test execution in staging and production environments before releases. Monitor test coverage and improve testing efficiency. Qualifications Skills in .NET or Python Developer - Mandatory Strong experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. Experience in API testing, performance testing, and database validation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA lifecycle management. o Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Preferred experience with modern web application frameworks such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
