Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on product vision, and monitoring development through project-specific methodologies. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring understanding of practices, rules, and behaviors aligned with Trace One methodology. You ensure clarity of goals, scope, and product domain within the project team. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate closely with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Work with the Enterprise Solution Architect on the design of the solution via Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements to clarify for Development and QA teams. Enforce best practice implementations and optimize core product reuse, collaborating with Professional Services and end customers. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Develop expertise in PLM solutions. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to conduct software demonstrations and communicate effectively at business and functional levels. Leadership skills for requirement-gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Education & Experience: 5 years experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagrams, preferably in Food & Beverage. Knowledge of the full SDLC. Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Additional Information: Expected travel within the country and internationally.
