Systems Engineer (Engineering)

Our client is a leading independent organisation tackling some of the most complex challenges in the Defence and Space sectors. With continued growth, they are seeking a Senior and Principal Systems Engineer to join their team, offering the opportunity to work on a range of advanced and innovative systems. Responsibilities Research and develop system solutions. Manage and develop system requirements. Create abstract architectures for systems. Design processes for hardware, software, and mixed technology systems. Conduct systems safety engineering and requirements analysis. Integrate and structure complex systems. Evaluate system performance for verification and validation. Analyse system integrity, resilience, and impact. Assess environmental impact throughout system lifecycle. Oversee systems qualification and acceptance. Skills & Experience Technical Degree/equivalent qualification or experience. Previous experience in Systems Engineering within a highly regulated industry. Exposure to more than one phase of the Systems lifecycle. Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
