Agile Coach - Product Teams Glasgow (Remote) £500-550 (Inside IR35) We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach on a contract basis to support agile transformation across international product teams for one of our clients. This role is part of a wider digital change initiative, focused on embedding modern agile practices and building high-performing, customer-focused delivery teams. What You'll Do Coach teams and leaders in agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and mindset shifts Lead workshops, retrospectives, and agile training sessions Guide teams in using agile metrics, lean thinking, and customer-centric delivery Support transition from traditional project management to agile ways of working Enable continuous improvement through hands-on coaching and capability building What You'll Bring Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in scaled environments Strong understanding of agile frameworks and product-led delivery Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise transformation Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Alliance) preferred Please send your CV on the first instance.
