Project Manager

We're Hiring: ICT Project Manager – Expert Level (Freelance/Contract) We’re looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead a variety of complex IT projects in a dynamic international public sector environment. Location: The Hague Start Date: July–September 2025 (latest) ⏱ Duration: 1 year initially, with possible extensions until 2029 Contract Type: Time & Means, contractor-supervised Security Clearance: Certificate of good conduct required Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ICT projects (software, COTS, infrastructure, integrations) Engage with internal teams and external vendors Ensure timely delivery, documentation, governance, and risk management Support reporting, project planning (Gantt), and stakeholder communication Use tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, and standard PM methodologies Required Profile: 9 years in project management, with at least 5 full project deliveries Experience in regulated/public sectors and international settings Proficient in English (B2) Strong knowledge of structured project delivery, procurement, and service integration PM Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or PM2 – intermediate or higher) Desirable: Experience in IAM projects Familiarity with infrastructure, containers, or public procurement
