Responsibilities: Responsible for resource delivery, system capacity management, monitoring, fault handling, and daily operations related to internal systems or internet-facing services. Participate in reviewing technical and system design documents, understand technology architecture and principles, proactively identify risks, and provide professional solutions. Communicate with relevant stakeholders to give feedback and pursue timely improvements in the business operating environment. Design and develop internal system features and contribute to system optimization based on BU requests. Handle operational data analysis, quality analysis, budgeting, and other operational tasks. Participate in the team's on-call rotation, assist with diagnosing and resolving production issues, and respond to incidents. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), distributed systems, and cloud architectures. Hands-on experience with Linux systems and software like NGINX and systemd. Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or shell scripting. Motivated to design and maintain highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems. Willing to work outside standard hours during critical incidents. Bonus Points: Experience with production-grade internet services or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible. Experience in incident response, SLA management, or post-incident analysis. Proficiency in Mandarin (business-level fluency preferred).
