Project Team leader (Infrastructure, Permanent)

Project Team Leader (Permanent) Department: Infrastructure Solution / IT Project Management Team Responsibilities: Manage team budget, including closing periods, yearly budgets, and forecasts, and allocate resources accurately. Review and manage internal proposals before sharing with customers. Support PMO checks when necessary. Oversee knowledge transfer and operational handovers between project and operation teams. Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, and customers as needed. Lead team members in estimating project costs. Escalate and report major issues to managers, including daily updates on budget, resources, and project schedules. Conduct daily team management and meetings as a mandatory task. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in team leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Experience managing multiple projects as a project manager. Knowledge of On-Premise, Cloud, Network, and Server technologies for project cost estimation. Ability and desire to adapt to new technologies and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cloud services-related software and hardware is a plus. Knowledge of security services-related software and hardware is a plus. Experience with projects involving software-defined data centers or cloud service infrastructure is advantageous. Willingness to travel when assigned to projects is preferred.
