RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives; advise senior management on financial planning, investments, and risk management. Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, incorporating economic and industry trends across Southeast Asia. Oversee monthly closings, variance analysis, and board reporting; ensure timely preparation of statutory audited accounts. Monitor project budgets, profitability, and risk exposure; review tenders, payments, and financial health of clients and subcontractors. Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to support operations and optimize interest and funding costs. Oversee procurement, billing, payments, and payroll processes while driving automation and internal control improvements. Ensure accurate and timely tax submissions; work with tax agents to structure efficient cross-border operations. Uphold regulatory compliance and audit standards; lead and develop a high-performing finance team across regional markets. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or other project-based industries. Proven experience in managing project risks, cost control, and financial reporting within a regional context. Strong understanding of ERP systems and project management tools used in construction. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at a senior level across multiple jurisdictions.
