SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) Functional Consultant

We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace. Candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) solutions. This involves understanding business needs, designing and configuring BPC systems, developing reports and input forms, and providing user training and support. Responsibilities: • Designing and configuring BPC systems based on business requirements, including application sets, dimensions, reports, script logic, and input schedules. • Ensuring accurate data loading, transformation, and storage within BPC. • Developing and refining script logic and VBA macros for automated tasks and data processing. • Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and input forms for planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Integrating BPC with other SAP systems, such as ERP, BI, and other relevant modules. • Business-Related: • Understanding business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements for BPC implementation. • Designing and optimizing business processes for planning, budgeting, and consolidation using BPC. • Providing user training and support for BPC, including addressing technical issues and fixing problems. • Conducting functional and integration testing to ensure the BPC system is working correctly. • Creating documentation for BPC processes, reports, and configurations. Mandatory Skills Description: • Proficient knowledge and experience with SAP BPC modules, tools, and functionalities. • Understanding financial concepts, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements like IFRS and US GAAP. • Ability to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and design solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes. • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders. • Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and SQL.
