We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations in Monterrey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services with a focus on payroll administration , recruitment and staffing , and training and development . This role will partner closely with business leaders to support organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture. What you’ll do as a Human Resources Business Partner: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies. Manage compensation changes, benefits administration, and HRIS updates. Ensure compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and other statutory requirements. Lead recruitment efforts for both hourly and salaried positions, ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and select top talent. Implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse and skilled candidates. Assess training needs and design programs to upskill employees and leaders. Facilitate onboarding, compliance, and soft skills training sessions. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR-related matters. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and employee concerns. Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Support performance management processes and talent reviews. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with company goals. We’re looking for someone who has knowledge of and experience with: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proven experience in payroll administration, staffing, and training. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office; experience with SAP, Workday, or similar systems is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required. Physical requirements/working conditions: Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of 1 million square feet of enclosed office and manufacturing space.
