In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior RPA Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing bots using Automation Anywhere A360. This role involves working across a range of use cases, including data entry, navigation within applications and third-party sites, virtual payments, records systems, and reporting automation. ON-SITE POSITION! Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Responsibilities: Diverse Use Cases : Develop and manage bots for various use cases such as data entry, navigating within applications and third-party sites, performing virtual payments, handling records systems, and automating reports. Optimization : Responsible for optimizing existing bots to enhance their performance and efficiency. Scale Variability : Handle a wide range of data volumes and user interactions, depending on the specific use case. API Operations : Although some API operations are involved, the primary focus is on bots interacting with applications and systems of record, minimizing manual processes. The role does not involve building API integrations. Technologies : Bots interact with ERPs, homegrown applications, content management systems, and other enterprise systems, all within the Automation Anywhere A360 platform. Programming/Scripting : Utilize Python programming/scripting and basic Automation Anywhere scripting for developing complex automations. SQL knowledge is a plus. Platform : All bots are on the A360 platform, with no on-premise components. Focus primarily on Task Bots within A360. Testing and Deployment : Responsible for testing and deploying bots using Automation Anywhere's capabilities, without the use of third-party or proprietary frameworks and tools. Data Handling : Manage data contained within A360 without routing from on-prem or third-party data sources. CI/CD Pipelines : Use CI/CD pipelines, likely Jenkins, for deployments. Responsible for running deployments and troubleshooting bottlenecks, but not for setting up or optimizing pipelines. Qualifications: 5 Years of Proven Experience as RPA Developer: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, with a strong focus on quality and performance. Automation Anywhere (A360) : Extensive experience with Automation Anywhere A360 platform. Development and Management of Task Bots : Proven ability to develop and manage Task Bots within the A360 environment. Complex Bots and Workflows : Ability to build complex bots and workflows within the Automation Anywhere platform. Testing and Deployment : Experience in testing and deploying own builds using Automation Anywhere's capabilities. English Proficiency Level C1 or Higher : Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
