Role Importance As a leader in our space, we are transforming from a traditional enterprise software provider into a SaaS business, maintaining profitable growth. We are recruiting a Value Stream Product Manager – SimCorp One to lead product strategy across the value streams forming our SimCorp One Solutions platform, ensuring scalable, efficient, and cohesive client solutions. This role owns the holistic strategy and roadmap for the platform, aligning with business goals and client outcomes, collaborating across teams, and guiding execution for measurable results. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be a key leader in our Product Development organization. Ensure product vision aligns with regulatory, security, data governance standards, market practices, and client expectations. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify opportunities. Define and drive a cross-domain product strategy. Own the full lifecycle : research, discovery, business case, development, launch, delivery, adoption, and support. Embed SaaS principles and commercial viability into design and delivery. Promote reusable components and shared standards. Lead governance forums, reviews, and stakeholder communications. Contribute to go-to-market activities and thought leadership. Roadmap Ownership & Prioritisation Translate strategic goals into shared outcomes. Prioritize using data-driven frameworks and stakeholder input. Communicate roadmap goals and dependencies transparently. Monitor progress, adjust timelines and scope as needed. Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and operational readiness. Refine product direction based on market and client insights. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a liaison to align goals and expectations. Facilitate collaboration and manage dependencies. Lead throughout the delivery lifecycle ensuring fit-for-purpose features. Coordinate with teams on quality, performance, and SLAs. Lead prioritization and cross-product coordination. Make decisions on trade-offs and standardization. Foster a collaborative environment where domain PMs contribute to shared goals. Strong communication skills to articulate value propositions. 10 years in investment management SaaS, with deep process knowledge. Proven stakeholder engagement and cross-domain leadership skills.
