Portfolio Manager - Development Finance

Buckden Partners has been mandated by a leading financial services firm specialising in development finance, providing flexible capital solutions to support high-quality residential and mixed-use projects from £20m-£200m across the UK & Europe. About the Role: We are searching for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of development finance loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that loan documentation is up-to-date, managing covenants and reporting on the performance of loans within the portfolio. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in portfolio management in development. Highly literate with the ability to write clear, concise, incisive reports. Strong knowledge of loan documentation, covenants, and loan agreement terms. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial statements and loan performance data.
