Exciting Opportunity: Development Team Lead Role! This is a Permanent role Location Oxfordshire (Hybrid working) Join our clients dynamic team as a Development Team Leader.They are looking for a positive and hands-on leader to collaborate with their team in the effective development, support, testing, and maintenance of their products. You will engage in the full product life cycle using agile methodologies, thriving in a fast-paced environment while solving complex problems. Job Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate a team of developers - Oversee performance and escalation management - Lead scrum activities and remove blockers for the team - Monitor progress and ensure task completion within deadlines - Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with design standards - Collaborate with Product Owners and contribute to software requirements analysis - Design scalable solutions and write unit tests - Refactor legacy code for performance improvement - Share expertise and skills with team members Job Qualifications: *Essential:* - Minimum 5 years of software application development experience - Software engineering degree - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (C#, .NET, .NET Core) - Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) - Familiarity with modern IDEs (Visual Studio) - Experience with version control software like SVN or Git *Desirable:* - Previous team lead experience - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Angular - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and Scrum Master experience - Relevant industry certifications ADZN1_UKTJ
