Job Description
THE ROLE As the nCino & Salesforce Technical Platform Owner, you will work to provide a stable and effective critical platform that drives our business. You will take ownership of the run, change, and strategic development of the platform, working with teams across the entire organisation to help shape and maximise the value from technology, processes, and people. You will be the hands-on technical expert working as a trusted advisor to help deliver value for our internal users and customers. This role reports directly to the CTO. Our CTO division aims to support and assist the business, providing excellence in IT Delivery, Cybersecurity, IT operations, and change management. As we continue to grow, it's key that the CTO team works closely with all parts of the business, helping to deliver change and supply stable, secure and reliable technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- IDEAL CANDIDATE Skills: Expert in configuration, development and management of nCino platform Expert in configuration, development and management of Salesforce platform Experience of project delivery within Financial Services Experience of technical project delivery, including waterfall and agile project methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborate with and instruct 3rd party partners on the delivery of solutions Formal supplier management and governance, including adherence to contract terms Operational day-to-day technical platform management, including use of service ticket systems such as Jira Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capacity, able to investigate issues and follow through to closure Experience managing resources, including day-to-day allocation of work and ongoing career development Interrogate, analyse and shape requirements to provide strategic direction based on the technical platform's capabilities and extended technology estate Comfortable showcasing the platform(s) core capabilities and developed functionality to a range of stakeholders, including training internal teams on the capabilities Beneficial but not essential experience Delivery of financial products Knowledge of business improvement, analytical and continuous improvement techniques (e.g. EFQM, Six SIGMA, Lean SIGMA)
