Process Engineer

Process Engineer Are you a Graduate or Junior Process Engineer and have a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement? You’ll work cross-functionally with production, quality, technical services, facilities, and external vendors, contributing to a high-performing, safety-first culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing and packaging processes. Optimise plant equipment for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and availability. Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement projects. Develop and implement maintenance regimes and manage external contractors. Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of new equipment. Ensure compliance with GMP, GEP, and internal quality systems. Requirements/ experience needed: HNC/HND or Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline. Graduate or 2-3 years industry experience. Must have experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing i.e. pharma/ biopharma, FMCG. Packaging experience is essential. Strong understanding of commissioning, qualification, and validation. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
