Conveyancing Fee Earner

Known for its innovative service delivery and outstanding client care, the firm specialises in residential conveyancing alongside a full mix of family, probate, and commercial services Key Responsibilities: Transaction Management: Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals Document Production: Draft contracts, completion statements, SDLTs, and other conveyancing documents Case Progression: Monitor and progress all case stages to timely completion Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and file management standards Requirements: Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a fee earner or conveyancing executive Ability to manage caseloads independently Excellent organisational and communication skills Competency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Proactive, client-focused, and able to thrive in a hybrid/flexi working environment Benefits: Hybrid working Flexible working hours Professional development opportunities Supportive and innovative culture
