Prospera Executive has been retained on a confidential search to appoint a CEO for a specialist industrial services business headquartered in Scotland. The company is entering an exciting new chapter, with a private equity investment in progress and a clear mandate to scale. With a longstanding reputation for technical excellence in engineering services, the business has built trusted relationships across critical industries including energy, infrastructure, and heavy engineering. It is now poised to accelerate growth, professionalise core functions, and expand its service offering. We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Executive to lead this transformation in partnership with the incoming investors. Key requirements: Proven leadership experience in an engineering, fabrication, or industrial services environment Track record of driving commercial growth, operational improvement, and cultural change Experience working with (or reporting to) private equity or investor stakeholders Comfortable in a hands-on, mid-market business environment Ideally based in, or open to relocating to, Scotland This role represents a unique opportunity to lead a technically strong, well-established platform through a period of growth, investment, and strategic evolution.
