Senior Automation Leader – Infrastructure & Delivery -> Strategic Leadership | Automation Frameworks | Cross-Functional Influence - Building the future of automation. We’re seeking a Senior Automation Leader to own and evolve a central automation framework that powers high-impact infrastructure delivery and management. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance process efficiency, drive innovation, and deliver quality at speed. With support from Architects and SMEs, you'll steer strategy, structure development processes, and ensure automation becomes embedded in how the client will work. You’ll bring: ✔️ Proven leadership of complex automation frameworks ✔️ Solid background in Computer Science or Software Engineering ✔️ Expertise in infrastructure automation and orchestration ✔️ Deep understanding of modular software architecture and workflow automation ✔️ Agile/Scrum experience ✔️ Strong communication and project leadership skills You’ll be the driving force behind smarter, more scalable automation, creating impact across operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Note: You must hold Dutch nationality and be fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
