What You’ll Be Doing As a Talent Attraction Consultant, you’ll be the vital link between future Amoria Bonders and our teams. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying, contacting, and interviewing top candidates for internal roles Managing the entire recruitment process—from the first call to onboarding Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding candidates through interviews and career decisions Collaborating with Legal, IT, HR and Hiring Managers to support a smooth hiring journey Negotiating offers and building lasting professional relationships Continue building our employer brand, collaborating with marketing and HR What’s in It for You?
