Hello, I am Caroline, Recruitment Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for the Finance professions. I intervene on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, expert in finance speaks your language and evolves in your universe. We cover the professions of accounting, finance, and payroll. I am looking for a paid specialist for my client in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Longueuil with only 2 days per week at the office. * Creation of employees in the payroll system; * Payroll Processing (Transfer timesheets from the different divisions of the time and attendance software (MPEX) to the payroll system, make payroll changes and adjustments, transfer payroll files to the bank's site); * Complete, when necessary, records of employment; * Proceed with the employee's group insurance and pension plan enrolment and balance at the end of the month; * Play a pivotal role in year-end activities with the Manager leading to the issuance of T4 and RL 1 for all employees; * Write the various weekly reports; * Prepare requests for payment of remittances to third parties (alimony, etc.); * Prepare the government rebate payment requests and forward them to controllers; * Make payment requests to the unions, the FTQ and the CCQ and release the report for the other divisions so that they can in turn make their payments; * Work, in collaboration with the Department Manager, to develop processes between the payroll team and human resources to ensure compliance of employee-related information; * Participate in the implementation of a payroll system; * Perform all other tasks related to the position * Professional studies diploma or other relevant training; * 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in the construction sector ideally; * Bilingualism (French and English) essential because you will have to collaborate and communicate with teams outside Quebec in Canada; * Knowledge of CCQ conventions (an asset); * Discretion and respect for confidentiality; * Ability to work in a team, sense of organization and priority management; PROCEDURE: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the Talent Acquisition manager.
