Senior Facilities Executive

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you shall assist in the management of facilities management services for the Site assigned to you. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc. You will investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences. In addition, you shall supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep of the Site is maintained to meet the service standard. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills. Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certificate . Experience in power shutdown is an added advantage. J-18808-Ljbffr
