Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction Position Title: Site Manager Working Location: Pioneer Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM - 5 PM, Sat half day) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,500 AWS Variable Bonus Transport Allowance Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the construction site team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that the project is progressing according to the planned schedule, quality standards, and budget Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and manpower are available for uninterrupted progress Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations Monitor construction activities to ensure they comply with design specifications, contract terms, and relevant regulations Manage site-related costs, ensuring the project stays within the approved budget Conduct regular safety audits, and risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents on-site Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required Proficient in MS Office A class 3 driving license is required Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job(at)anradus.com.sg .
