What the role is: We are now looking for a top-notch Salesforce developer to join us in this mission, designing world class Salesforce applications for Service Cloud and/or Public Sector solutions. You will be responsible for gathering project requirements, analyzing project objectives/goals to create customer workflows, troubleshooting errors, and developing dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the evolving needs of the project. You will work within an agile development team at the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to modernize and develop CaseCentral, a case management platform. What you will be working on: • Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements • Developing Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development • Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems and Whole-of-Government components/services • Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation What we are looking for: • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer • Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a plus • Knowledge of Salesforce development and customization, including: — Apex development — Visualforce page development — Lightning components development — Experience with third-party API and SFTP integrations — Data migration experience using tools like Data Loader, including Curam DB2 • Configuration experience, including: — Admin setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data, support processes) — Designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows — Report and dashboard configuration — Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript is a plus • Ability to work independently • Strong problem-solving skills to provide optimal solutions • Effective communication with stakeholders and ability to consult on Salesforce solutions About Ministry Of Social And Family Development "We are Professionals with Passion for People" The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) develops the "heartware" for Singapore through policies, community infrastructure, programmes, and services.
