Role: Project Senior Sales Engineer / BD Manager x 2 Industry: EPCM Firm Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 5.30PM Location: Office Near Tuas Crescent MRT, Singapore Compensation: Basic Up to $8,500 Variable Incentive (Sales Commission based on Project Sales Value) Additional Benefits: Yearly Variable Bonus Company Overview: EPCM Company (Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction, Management) focusing on integrated solutions for sectors such as power plants, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, waste water, and water treatment. Must Fulfill All 5 Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field Minimum 5 - 10 years of industry experience in project sales with a strong track record (able to generate 5 - 10 million in sales per year) Preferably experience in pharmaceutical and/or wastewater treatment industry sales Hunter sales role: responsible for generating new sales leads and acquiring new projects and clients. (Farmer role is not suitable) Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and testing Key Responsibilities: Excellent presentation skills and confidence in sales pitches; prepare a sales plan for interview Main focus on acquiring new customers, clients, and projects Follow up with site visits and client inquiries for new jobs or projects; collaborate with project engineers and managers for quotations and tenders Coordinate with engineering and construction teams; liaise with clients on engineering requirements Prepare quotations, budgets, and submit for approval Develop method statements, lifting plans, and work schedules; coordinate safety assessments Prepare Material Take Off (MTO), raise Material Requests (MR), and manage procurement Oversee equipment and structural installations, piping erection, and support installation per schedule and specifications Handle technical queries, investigate work issues, and prepare field sketches as needed Review project specifications, ISO drawings, and P&ID diagrams Verify drawings for correctness; carry out final P&ID checks and prepare 'As Built' drawings Conduct mechanical clearance, hydro, and pneumatic tests; fulfill commissioning requirements Ensure completion of punch lists and client handover without delays Address quality, safety, and health issues promptly at site Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and closing SCR-carson-cheong Cheong Kar Chun, Team Manager R1980386 The Supreme HR Advisory 14C7279 J-18808-Ljbffr
