Our client, a global tech solutions provider, is seeking a Regional Account Director - IT Solutions in Singapore to lead client management and business development in the Public sector. Client Details Our client is a leading global provider of technology solutions, specializing in delivering customized IT services and end-to-end solutions across various industries. The company has a strong presence in the APAC region and works closely with key partners to provide integrated solutions that meet the complex needs of its clients. As part of their strategic expansion in the Public sector, they are seeking a Regional Account Director - IT Solutions to lead client management and business development efforts within this industry. This is a regional role based in Singapore. Description Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on Public accounts. Identify high-value target accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives. Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to design and implement customized IT solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets with large-scale projects. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and key insights to leadership. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape. Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of successfully driving large deals and managing enterprise-level accounts Strong network within the public sectors, especially with C-suite decision-makers Ability to sell a full suite of IT services, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers Proven experience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating with pre-sales, delivery teams, and vendors Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to identify opportunities and close high-value deals Job Offer Join a fast-growing global provider of technology solutions at the forefront of innovation.
