IT Support Specialist

Social network you want to login/join with: Risorse Professional , a company specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for the following position on behalf of a leading international law firm: IT Support Specialist Responsibilities Take ownership of problems and incidents and see them through to resolution working with various global teams, keeping users informed about their incident status; Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of laptop and desktop hardware such as re-imaging and replacements; Monitor and report issues following the ITIL incident and problem management model; log incidents, change requests, problems, and service requests in ServiceNow; Identify root causes of incidents using analytical tools such as NextThink; Provide expert advice on NetDocuments, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Teams, and other core technologies; Assist with scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of videoconference calls; Work with the NOC team to identify issues related to servers and network hardware; Administer the office phone system (Teams); Escalate security issues to the security team and whitelist new software; Support MFDs (printers, copiers, scanners) and coordinate reprographics with external suppliers. Technical Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience in desktop support with strong communication skills; Knowledge of NetDocuments, iManage, or similar systems; Support experience with iPhones and MDM solutions like InTune; Law firm experience; Knowledge of MS Office suite; Experience with video conferencing systems such as Cisco, Neat, or Poly; Relevant certifications like MCSE, MCP, MOS; Degree-level education; Experience with Dell hardware; Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar systems; Experience supporting printers and MFDs. Additional Qualifications Proficiency in English (minimum B2); Clear communication without jargon; Ability to communicate with users, IT teams, and management; Ability to interpret and produce technical documentation; Manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Flexibility to work flexible hours, travel occasionally, and participate in on-call rotations.
