Assistente project manager

Permanent Placement, division dedicated to the Search and Selection of qualified personnel for direct employment with client companies, is recruiting on behalf of a mechanical engineering company that produces plants for the following role: Junior Project Manager (Responsabile di Commessa Junior) The candidate will join the project management team, working alongside a senior. Over time, they will become autonomous in the following tasks: Planning and Operational Management: Full management of the project, from initial site survey to final testing. Conducting photographic and dimensional surveys, developing budgets (man-hours), preparing materials and plant drawings, organizing lifting equipment and site logistics. Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination: Managing negotiations and contracts with subcontractors. Interfacing with client suppliers (e.g., electricians, masons) for integrated operations. Work Supervision and Testing: Supervising and controlling work, including hydraulic tests and plant commissioning with the Service department. Ensuring conformity between the project (P&ID) and executed work. Monitoring and Communication: Providing periodic updates to the Construction Site Management Office on progress and invoicing. Managing changes during the project and related reporting. Documentation and Safety: Requesting and verifying the final documentation of the plant. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Operational Continuity and Customer Care: Optimizing costs and maintaining profitability. Serving as the direct contact for the client regarding all project-related activities. Requirements: Technical degree (Electrical or Hydraulic), knowledge of Electrical or Hydraulic Systems, even short experience in personnel management on site, familiarity with CAD software (preferable Panthera), ability to manage stress, problem-solving skills, organization, communication, and teamwork. We offer: Permanent employment with a company, with a probationary or fixed-term period based on the profile; classification according to the Metalmeccanica industry national collective agreement (CCNL), salary range €28,000 - €38,000 based on seniority; corporate welfare program in approval phase (additional €200.00 beyond CCNL), and access to internal canteen. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 to 17:30, with flexibility typical of site activities.
