PhD positions within ERC StG project flEAP

The Department of Industrial Engineering (DII) of the University of Trento is currently offering two PhD positions in the framework of ERC starting grant project flEAP (PI: Dr. Giacomo Moretti). The flEAP project aims to push the boundaries of an emerging class of lightweight high-power-density electromechanical drives, based on dielectric polymers and fluids, and investigate their application in unconventional environments -https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101163668. We are looking for highly motivated and talented candidates, interested to work on a multidisciplinary project at the intersection of engineering (mechanical/electronics) and applied physics. Ideal candidates should hold a MSc degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Systems Engineering or applied physics.
