Job Description

Purchasing department is involved in requesting quotes and drafting contracts with suppliers; selecting strategic suppliers; identifying procurement needs and evaluating suppliers. The new employee will be part of the Finance Department. Tasks Main Responsibilities: Develop the procurement operational strategy in collaboration with different business functions. Plan the procurement budget in accordance with company guidelines. Plan procurement related to infrastructure, facilities. Identify, analyze, evaluate, and manage potential suppliers. Manage the supplier fleet. Manage the company car fleet. Negotiate supply prices and conditions (mode, timing, volume, quality). Support all departments. Take care of risk assessment and related compliance. Requirements Job requirements: Ability in negotiation and good communication skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Precision in document management and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently at all organizational levels. Good knowledge of contracts. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Flexible and able to work under pressure. J-18808-Ljbffr
