Senior DevOps Engineer As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and ensure system reliability. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve performance, security, and operational efficiency. Tasks: Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes Architect and maintain infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Apply configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet Monitor system health and lead incident response and root cause analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with applications Continuously improve system scalability, reliability, and performance Professional Requirements and Expertise: 3 years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or a related field Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field Strong experience with Linux, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Proficiency in configuration management and infrastructure-as-code Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Good to Have: Experience with security, compliance, frontend (e.g., React, Vue.js), backend (e.g., Python, Java, Spring Boot), and AI/ML integration Personal Skills: Analytical and solution-oriented mindset Strong ownership and accountability Effective communicator and team player Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and align with company culture and values
