Job Description

ANSR is hiring for one of its client. About 4flow: Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, 4flow provides consulting, software and services for logistics and supply chain management. More than 1300 team members leverage their supply chain expertise and IT know-how to best serve their customers at 20 locations around the world. 4flow develops and implements lean, agile and sustainable supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings for businesses worldwide. Their clients span across multiple high-impact industries including vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, consumer goods and retail, industrial machinery manufacturers, medical technology, basic materials, spare parts, renewable energy, high-tech and telecommunications, and logistics service providers (LSP). As Lead Product Designer – UI/UX, you will own the design of key product areas, ensuring high-quality user experiences and visual consistency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the evolution of our design systems and user research practices. Tasks: Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web-based applications. Translate functional requirements into user-centered visual designs. Develop and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand identity. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility. Create and iterate on prototypes and wireframes using Figma/Sketch. Contribute to product discovery and development phases with a strong UX perspective. Stay informed on market trends and apply design thinking to improve user experiences. Professional Requirements and Expertise: 6 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related design discipline. Strong portfolio demonstrating impact on user experience and visual design. Experience with design systems, prototyping, and user research. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. Familiarity with customer needs, user-centered design, and logistics-related products is a plus. Degree in a relevant design field preferred. Personal Skills: Strong user empathy and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and quality-focused. Open to feedback and continuous learning. Team player with a proactive attitude. Motivated to contribute to 4flow’s success and culture.
